Iqualitrol CHRTS-150ZS automatic Twin Superficial Rockwell hardness
tester adopts a closed-loop loading control system, which has high
accuracy test force, good repeatability and stability of indication
value.
The shell of CHRTS-150ZS adopts integral casting, and the surface
is treated with car painting technology, which has good reliability
and repeatability, with complete functions, one-button operation,
fully automatic measurement, clear and intuitive display.
CHRTS-150ZS comes with automatic loading and unloading test force,
the hardness test of the full Rockwell scale can be carried out.
The hardness tester can be equipped with XY automatic moving
platform, automatic programming, automatic marking, suitable for
end quenching test;
The hardness tester can be controlled and measured through multiple
computer terminals, and the data can be statistically analyzed and
test reports can be issued. Test reports can also be customized
according to user requirements.
Automatic operation is realized, human operation and reading errors
are eliminated! At the same time, the machine is also equipped with
an emergency stop device, which is safer to use.
