Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol HR-150E equips with digital display to show hardness
results directly with resolution 0.1HR, the accuracy is much better
than dial reading.
The electric digital Rockwell hardness tester adopts the automatic
loading and unloading test force mechanism, and the test force
transformation is obtained by the rotation of the variable load
wheel;
The operation is simple and rapid,no human error, with high
sensitivity and stability; suitable for workshops and laboratories.
Main Functions and Features:
1, HR-150E can be directly display HV, HB hardness conversion;
2, Digital display with low power consumption, long using life;
3, HR-150E with data output function, can connect computer or
serial micro-printer;
4. The shell is made by a special sandblasting process with a
one-step casting process. The structure is stable and not deformed.
It can work in a relatively harsh environment. The grade of
automobile paint is high, and the scratch resistance is strong. It
is still bright as a new product for many years.
Application:
1. Quenched steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel,
bearing steel, strip steel, hardened steel sheet, hard alloy, etc.;
2. HRC is most applicable to testing carbon steel after quenching
or low tempering, alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, as well as
chilled cast iron, titanium alloy and so on. Generally, we apply
HRC scale to test materials HRB>100, and HRB scale to test
materials HRC<20 avoiding influence caused by glide of indenter.
